Conspro Construction

Started out great, but when 3 month job, turned into a year and was still not complete, had to get a second contractor to complete the job. Cost us 10's of thousands of dollars more!!!

Our dream home has become a reality- with the help and guidance of ConsPro led by Rolando Pires (GC). Our project included a complete gut and renovation/restoration of a century home in High Park. Conspro assisted us in every phase of the project- and delivered on time and on budget. It was a pleasure sharing in this huge project with such an outstanding team of professionals. Rolando can be counted on to provide an honest and optimistic perspective throughout even the most challenging phases of home renovation. He is patient, direct and a tremendously gifted communicator- which helped us to manage our stress throughout the entire project. We chose Rolando after a comprehensive search and quoting process, and can say without hesitation that he was the right person for the job. He and his crew took a dingy old triplex and converted it into a warm, welcoming family home in just four months. Everything was taken back to the studs and still the job came in on time and on budget. But perhaps Rolando's greatest attribute outside his obvious skills in a whole range of trades is his flexibility, which makes him not just easy to work with but pleasant as well. In fact, we continue to work with him to this day as projects pop up both inside and outside the house.

We have had a very positive experience with Conspro Construction. Rolando Pires (owner) has been on-site during the entire renovation and has walked us through every step. He is easy to contact and always returns our phone calls within a matter of minutes. He involves us in all aspects of decision making and spends as much time with us as we need. He has also made excellent recommendations regarding design aspects of the home. Conspro's work is solid and our house is beyond our expectations. Rolando has done a lot of the work himself including the framing, drywall installation, crown moldings and trim, wainscoting, built in fireplace and shelving units, kitchen installation etc. We are very pleased with his work and have recommended Conspro to many of our friends.
