My insurance company got me in touch with Con-tech after my basement was flooded. Matt Gardner contacted me within a couple of hours and came to do a preliminary inspection of the damage. Within a couple of hours of the inspection, Matt had a cleanup crew in to remove damaged flooring, and supplied fans and dehumidifier to dry up the basement. I believe the speed in which he and his team reacted was the main reason the damage wasn't as bad as it could have been. I found all the staff to be extremely professional and committed to resolving my basement problems. They kept all their appointments, and kept me informed of every step of the process.
