I had a problem that Microsoft tech people couldn't solve after many attempts over the phone. This company more or less mocked the Microsoft tech people and assured me they could do much better. They insisted their guy address the issue in person rather than by remote. They added a travel cost to their normal fee. Not only did they not fix the problem, the made it worse by adding a new problem. He was probably here for 30 minutes maximum, had no idea what the problem was, tried to cover it up by changing my sleep/hibernate settings, installed a different (free) anti-virus software that a 5-year old could have installed and left. A few hours later it was obvious they made my problem much worse. They refused to refund the money. They didn't offer to fix the mess they created.
