Home Inspection (pre-purchase) Part Deux
Well here I am again. Leaving another review for Clasic Home Inspections.
Hopefully my last for a long time.
This home inspection started much like the first. Brent showed up early and got right to work.
This house looked to be in MUCH better shape but that didn't stop Brent from looking just as hard as the first house.
He found a few issues that I am sure many would have missed and a pretty serious (but simple to fix) safety issue.
On the weight of his report I have decided to proceed with this purchase.
I will sleep well at night knowing I had a professional like Brent doing my home inspection!
