Home Inspection (pre-purchase)
Classic Home Inspections did an incredible job for me. The inspector showed up on time and got right to work. He spent 3.5 hours and gave the house a very thorough exam.
As a tradesman myself I thought I had a solid grasp on what the house needed when I made my offer and was surprised at what I had missed. Brent was on the roof, in the attic and in the crawl space. Not a stone was left unturned.
Long story short Brent presented me with a very detailed report which allowed me to decide for myself not to make a $20,000 mistake and walk away from the deal.
On a personal note Brent is a very friendly person, as honest as the day is long and there can be no question to his personal integrity.
I am so happy with the service I received that I am using Brent again on my next home inspection tomorrow!

Hey Ken! Thank you so much for the review! I truly appreciate it! It's too bad about this home. It was a nice home, but I personally think it did have it's headaches that came with it. What is absolutely unbelievable is what you told me about the other two home inspectors, one not finding anything and the other only mentioning the roof.
