We called Brent at Classic Home Inspections to inspect our conditionally bought property. Brent arrived at the property before we did and was well underway before the scheduled start time. He was very thorough and inpected every inch of the property. He went from roof, to attick, to basement and everything in between. He is very detail oriented and recommended where he thought we needed to make fixes to prevent any damage to the houes. Yes, going through every square inch of the home is what every home inspector should be doing, unfortunetely most don't. Which doesn't sit well with be but that's another story.
