We had Brent come in and do our PDI and 30 day report for our new condo last month. He was very professional right from the get go from the first time we spoke on the phone, all the way to the end of his service. He was very thorough and found 25 issues with our place.. some were small but I probably would've overlooked them and some were more concerning and he spent more time trying to figure out what the builders did. I recommended him to two other friends in the same building and he gave us a group rate if we had our appointments on the same day in a row. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. My friends and I were happy with his service that more people in our complex who are moving in soon have decided to use his services as well... I assure you you will not be disappointed. I will use his services again if I ever move again!

Thank you so much for the review A&A in Leslieville! It is much appreciated! You know, 25 issues actually isn't even that much! I actually thought those were fairly well built and had minimal issues. Heck, in some of the new homes in surrounding areas of Toronto, problems?, wow, lots of them. I've done multimillion dollars homes, that if I was to tell you the problems they had, you would think I was lying! ...and they were "custom built".
