Brent is exceptionally thorough in his inspection and takes his time in explaining what he finds. As new home buyers, we don't have a lot of expertise, which can be stressful. Brent took his time walking through the house and explaining everything to us, positive and negative. He was clearly focused on making sure we understood our house as well as possible.
