Hey Brian thank you so much for taking the time and leave me a review! I truly appreciate it! It's seems many people these days are doing the pre-listing inspection. Not a bad idea really. That way there is no surprises for you or the new homebuyer when the transaction is completed. Having said that I just did an inspection where a very large home inspection company commented on the roof and said that it was in good condition and won't require replacement for at least another 5- 6 years. I go up on the roof and it was totally shot! So you really have to rely on a reputable company when shopping around for an inspector! Anyways, good to see your home had minimal issues with it.
