my name is darlene i cannot tell u how impressed i was with clarke basements i called and they responded very quickly my basement had flooded i was beside myself, fiona came to the house explained everything clearly showed me samples of the products that could be used showed a vidio of how it would be repaired they also sent literature in the mail fiona was so pleasant and warm i had to hire them , the boys jose and aldo were very efficient polite and hard workers they did an excellent job putting in what i call trough and wall liner , best of all they cleaned up after their selves ,i would definetly reccomend clarke basement to any body that asked me so i thought i would share this with u .dar

Don Clarke and his staff were fast efficient and very professional. Their work and clean up afterwards were great. I also know several other people who have used their service and all of them were extremely happy.

Crew of 3 men were very well informed with their product and workmanship. They cut the floor concrete at the back and side of the interior walls of the garage, chiselled/jack hammered out the old, placed in the proper drainage wrap and trough like drain pipes. The new concrete to seal the overall job was done very smooth and fits well with the original floor. They removed all the old broken concrete and took it away with them which was great, so we had no clean up.

Clarke Basement Systems was there for us when we needed them. Our basement flooded after a severe storm and Clarke Basement Systems responded promptly to our call.

Our basement is now dry and has remained so for 2 years. We are looking forward to completing the basement this fall.

The represtative for the company "Roy" was not able to give a price for the water proofing to the basement walls as after checking behind the make-shift drywall it was found that they was no foundation simply packed clay soil.Instead he recomended a contracting company to correct the problem.It is hard to find such honesty these days. We will not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and relatives.
