I came home Friday afternoon and noticed my furnace wasn't working. I called Sunny and within 90 minutes he had a technician at my house. Due to the work required to repair, the age (20+ years) and the condition of the furnace, I decided to have it replaced. The next day, Sunny arrived at approx. 8am, installed the new furnace, cleaned up and was gone early in the afternoon.
Sunny and his technician Silvio were helpfull, polite, and clean and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my neighbours.

He showed up on time and charged $95 off the top...then the labour charges began. After a few minutes, he had to leave to 'meet his boss' and we didn't realize we were being charged during this meeting and while he 'shopped for parts'. He installed the flame sensor but sold us on a new thermastat that we are still not sure was even required. We called his boss afterwards who agreed to remove this charge for an unnecessary thermostat - that took $200 off the massive bill. The cost jumped up to $835 and with the reduction, we were left with a $635 bill. I feel completely ripped off. Look somewhere else for service!

They came and installed the unit at my business and were very unprepared. I had to go home and get my skilsaw, chalkline and a few other items, including wood to build a base for the unit because they didn't have the proper tools. They worked all day, and when it came time to turn it on, it did not work. They left it as is, and returned the next morning and figured out the problem. The unit ran all day, and by 7pm we realized that it was not draining properly and was leaking severely out the bottom and through the floor into our basement. When we called the owner of the company he made excuses about how fast they installed the unit, and how low their price was etc. but made no apologies for the improper installation. They came back for the third time, and all they did was add some pull ties to the drainage hose, and give me some ideas as to how I could fix the problem myself. To this day (4 months later) the unit still does not drain properly, floods, and now we have to drain it into a bucket which needs to be emptied several times per day. We were VERY DISSATISFIED with this company.

Even during the severe heat wave, City Air was able to get my AC installed within 48 hours (and one of those days was a Sunday!!)....they provided amazing service and I would confidently recommend this company to my family and friends. Thank you, Sunny! After giving birth to a new baby on December 22, 2011 my husband & I and our new daughter came home on December 23 to a house full of family staying with us from the East Coast. Overnight on Christmas Eve, we discovered that our home was approximately 14 degrees on the main floor, and even cooler on the upper floor and basement. Our boiler broke down! Not expecting to reach anyone on Christmas morning (!) Sunny actually answered his phone! He said he would be there within two hours, arrived in less than one, promptly fixed the boiler, and at absolutely no additional cost for coming on the holiday! The boiler is more than 20 years old and will soon need replacing, but we managed to get through the rest of the winter without any problems. Possibly the best customer service experience we've ever had! I suspect there are others out there who may have taken advantage of our difficult situation. Thanks again!

City Air Conditioning and Heating was a life saver! We had recently purchased a house only to discover during our first heatwave of the summer, that our central air didn't work. We contacted various air conditioning repair companies but City Air had the best service and price. Not only did they come and inspect my unit the same day i called, they installed a whole new unit within 3 days! The repairmen were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and worked quickly to get the job done. I would definitely recommend City Air Conditioning and Heating for all of your HVAC needs! We liked them so much, we'll be contacting them in the fall for a furnace cleaning.

City Air and Heating did a wonderful job at cleaning our furnace. They called 30 minutes before arriving to let us know they were coming, they were punctional and after it was cleaned the furnace functioned perfectly. They gave us tips on what type of filter to buy and how often we needed to change it. The price was great and I would definitely use them again would recommend them to anyone.

I have had two full systems installed with Sunny - Furnace/AC and some small Duct installations, and furnace cleaning/maintenance - for two houses.

Sunny has excellent customer service, he is a great problem solver and an honest hard worker.

My furnace stopd working 10pm and I had to find someone quickly as I have 2 year old son at home. I called City Air Conditioning & Heating and Sunny arrived an hour later with all the necessery equipment to perform the job. Sunny was very professional and clean. The job was done quickly and since than I never had any problems with my furnace.
