My experience with Celio Group Inc. and Richwood Quality Kitchen has been a pleasant journey. From estimated time of completion, clean up after every job and quality of work I received I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend to anyone that asks to give them a call.

The hardest part of any renovation is TRUST. It took some time, but we finally chose a contractor who we could trust to begin and complete our basement renovations. Celio Group Inc. was our choice for the job. When we first met with Rob and Anthony (owners) we instantly clicked and knew they were perfect for our home renovation. They brought a wealth of information and knowledge to the table that could only be obtained with experience in the field. The suggestions they offered ranged to fit not only our lifestyle but more importantly our budget. When we first started the renovation our basement was in the raw stages and overwhelming for anyone. We presented our wish list to the Celio Group Inc. and within days received a layout/drawing which they presented to us for our approval. Such items on the list included; tiled floors, a closet, enclosed sound proof laundry room, a television room and a bathroom with shower and a personalized play area for the kids. With minimal delays and disruptions, we now have our completed basement. It is a wonderful feeling to have our basement back and a peace of mind when our children are playing down there. All our wish list items were granted and we are pleased with the work Celio Group Inc. has provided. We could definitely say that if any of our friends and/or family would require such services, the Celio Group Inc. would be our recommendation without hesitation. We thank you Celio Group Inc. for creating a safe and happy environment for our family to enjoy. It was most definitely a JOB WELL DONE!

Overall we were very satisfied with Celio Group. The owners, Rob and Anthony were easy to work with. Their staff were professional and friendly. They responded promptly every time I had a concern or question. Price was competitive and the timelines for completion of the work was acceptable. I have already recommended them to others.

Our house was hit by the tornado in August of 2009. We contacted Celio Group and Roberto and his team took action immediately to assess the extent of the damages and took care of arranging what needed to be done promptly. We are very pleased with the service that Celio Group provided and we would recommend Celio Group to anyone who requires prompt, efficient, professional services at a reasonable cost.

I hired Celio Group to remove an existing retaining wall and to build a new one in its place. The old retaining wall had come apart due to water issues. The contract we signed for the work had a clause that specifically stated that they were aware of the water issues with the old retaining wall and that they would design and build a wall that allow for the proper drainage of the water. Instead, the new wall has created a far worse water problem - now the water is draining into my basement, specifically because of the wall they designed and built. And, they are refusing to accept any responsibility for the issue even though they specifically agreed to properly address the issue in writing.

Rob, Anthony and their crew did a fantastic job taking us through this major reno on the 30 yr. old house we purchased. They gutted 3 bathrooms with as little fuss as was possible.

The finished product looks like a magazine spread. Our his & hers master bathrooms are the envy of our friends!
