We had had Prime star at our home for many years. Until Direct TV came into the area. Since we have had them, we have had to call them two times out of 8 years to repair a wire, or something minor. They have always made it here the day that we call. They were also able to add 3 more receivers to my home within three days after I ordered it. Great business, and they take care of their customers.
