We have an 80-100 year old East York home that had needed new windows for a few years now. We got a new sliding door and all new windows (casement) for the first and second floor of the house, and are thrilled with the results! The installers were very knowledgeable and helpful, and the customer service was outstanding. We had a minor concern about one of the windows, but it was resolved quickly and professionally. We would definitely recommend Casa Bella Windows!

Great customer service, good prices, lots of help selecting windows - we will be replacing more windows soon, and will return to Casa Bella. No delivery service, however. We ordered a large window which wouldn't fit into a sedan, and had to borrow a friend's van to pick it up because the company wouldn't deliver.

I have worked with Mathew Harant and his installation crew at Casa Bella to do a large install of front and side doors, a transom and a large front window.
Overall, I am an impossible customer to please: I am very demanding of service providers, read small print, ask millions of questions and do a lot of research on product and competition before agreeing to sign a contract with anyone.
Mathew Harant was our sales contact and I have tested his patience a lot only to find out that he had an endless amount of it: he was very respectful, he knew his product in and out, provided a good advice that I felt was for my benefit, I never felt pressed to sign the contract nor did I feel he rushed to make the sale. Mathew gave me all the good advice and time I needed, was very prompt in responding by email, preparing a quote and providing all the information I needed to make a decision. Having very little knowledge of home renovations or codes, I felt progressively confident in dealing with him. Mathew came personally to do the measurements, and was very courteous with my mom, most importantly, not a single flower or plant were damaged on the front lawn when the measurements were taken (very important:)!). Mathew's installation crew delivered a consistent level of quality of service and completed the work ahead of schedule: respectful to the property and us, the quality of work was excellent, they cleaned up the site after the installation as if they have not even been there.
Overall, very very happy, went into this project with a lot of fear and caution, and now, I am glad that I decided to go with Casa Bella. I would recommend it to everyone I know and would definitely deal with them in the future again.

We needed to replace 7 windows in our older home and after extensive research, we decided to go with Casa Bella. The overall price was inline with other quotes we received but the deciding factor was the excellent service we received from the sales representative, Mathew Harant. Matt was absolutely outstanding during the process and provided terrific advice in a timely manner.

Our windows are now installed and we are very pleased with the end result. The installation team of Ricardo and Ray were excellent as they arrived on time, worked efficiently and did a great job cleaning up after the job was done.

Their estimate was in line with the other company we spoke to, but their workmanship was far superior. German and the crew were extremely professional on the day of the reno. We had all the 40 windows in our house replaced by Casa Bella Windows this September. Mathew and the installers Richardo, Jay, Bill and Terry were very knowledgeable and skilled. Our new windows were installed carefully and quickly with minimal disruption to our home. The crew always kept the job site clean and removed construction material each night before leaving. We noticed a huge difference in the reduction of sound and temperature fluxuation of our home over the next few weeks. Craftmanship of trim work was very professional. Thanks for the great work!!
