We contracted Canadian Waterproofing Systems to help us solve and repair a leak in the basement of our heritage house. Their technician Slava promptly visited the site and delivered a very reasonable quote later that same day. The crew arrived on the anticipated date and completed the job as planned: hand excavation, protecting gardens, exposing and cleaning stone foundation, parging the entire wall, waterproofing with three layers, culminating in the rubberized barrier, installing drain tile, and backfill (with compaction). Excellent and on price. Highly recommend.

Concerned about risk of overloaded sewer backing up into our basement, we found CWS and another company well reviewed on Home Stars; his was considerably cheaper and got the job on that basis. However Carl was also efficient, timely, polite, well organized and explained clearly what would be involved. The job turned out to be more time consuming than expected but the price remained the same as quoted. Very happy with the result.
