All of our windows were in need of replacement. For me $20k is a lot of money and I want a superior product that is going to last for decades and someone to stand behind that product. I did a lot of extensive research on window quality, types, technical consideration and eventually decided to go with Canadian Choice Windows and Doors. 50% of the consideration was the company and 50% was from the excellent customer services we received from our sales person Alex Davidovich. I was impressed by his deeply sincere attitude to truly help me first without the feeling that he is trying to make a sale. This does not happen very often....I'm in sales for the past 30 years. When you find someone who is really genuine, you don't let him go.
All the windows and patio door were changed. They did a great job. Any small issues that came up were addressed very quickly. Clean up and being on time was very good.
I have referred 2 of my friends and they were also very happy. And recently I referred my neighbour who also changed all his windows by calling Alex.
Who calls you a month after you have paid the money to see if everything is good? That's Alex Davidovich ! I feel very comfortable with the great job they did and am happy to refer them to family and friends.
