Ordered four windows and was very satisfied with the window quality and installation. Pleasant staff. We had a small problem but it has since been completely resolved. Very pleased and satisfied.

Very disappointed. Specifications not as ordered. Expected retractable crank handles as with all other windows in the house. Was never asked. No follow up. Stonewalling. They say the salesmen will call but he doesn’t. Staff refuses to escalate the complaint. Buyer beware.
