I was extremely happy with Oliver, he is such a nice man. I did not feel pressured with him at all when he initially came to my home. I explained I would have to think about it and he was very understandable, unlike other companies who try to pressure you.
I then decided to go with this company for windows.
The communication from the office and the installer's where not great. I had to call on numerous occasions to find out when these windows were going to be installed. Even when the installer was too come and look at my windows he was late and didn't bother to call me to let me know. Being in the field of customer service I do believe this company needs to work on their organization skills better, and communication to their clients. My windows are now installed, the installers had all of them done in a day and I cant be happier. What a difference!! They are quick and everything was cleaned up nicely.
Oliver, thank you for being so wonderful!! Your such a great sales man, and if I decide on my door.....I'm giving you a call!!
