Dear Mr. Jones,
It is unfortunate that on several occasions that we did get in contact with you to further explain the situation, you would still have this view.
The product quality of the door that was purchase through our company, or the quality of our installation itself was not the reason behind the lock not properly adjusting into the door, which was the cause of the poor workmanship installed by the locksmith for which you hired.
We apologize for the inconvenience of your well being overall Allen,
but we are not at fault for our workmanship, for the door was installed as correctly as we did, considering the structure of your home which was over 100 yrs old, and we made sure we worked the best around those conditions.We do have a picture we took when we did visit your home to speak to you about this matter as soon as you reported it, and it displays very visual deficiency of the installation of the lock installed by your locksmith.
