From initially discussing our project with Brian who provided a lot of information and answered all of my questions. And when the installation was done by Zack & Scott plus two other technicians, they were all friendly and constantly kept me apprised of the install and issues and how they were rectified. The install took the better part of the day and when they left, they cleaned up and asked if I had any concerns / issues.
The team were professional and a pleasure to work with.

I am thrilled with the sales, service and installation of a heat pump recently purchased from Buttons Heating Inc. My AC unit died during the July hot spell, and John Johnston of Buttons went out of his way to secure a unit despite a shortage. Brian, in sales, thoroughly explained the benefits of the product, the cost, and the government rebate program in an easy to understand, low pressure way. He was excellent. In addition, the installation team of Kris, Kyle, and Phil, did a fabulous job, they were neat and efficient, patiently answered all questions, and left my home in tip top shape. Thank you to the Buttons team! The extra bonus is that I will also receive a rebate cheque - a win for all!

My AC broke and I had Buttons come in. The service tech advised it was probably not worth it to repair and also noted my furnace was extremely old (original) and could break and cause some serious issues very soon. He suggested a whole new HVAC system. I had a few companies come and check it out and give me quotes and going with Buttons was a very easy decision. Jason from Buttons came to check out my current equipment and set up. His knowledge and passion for these types of jobs is very clear. He kept in constant contact with me and understood I wanted to get a couple other quotes before committing. But after having Jason explain everything in detail that I could understand and also provide assistance navigating potential rebate programs, I knew Buttons was the best option. I decided to do a new furnace plus heat pump to take advantage of the rebate program. When the team came on install day, they were courteous, professional and the hardest workers I've ever seen. They arrived just after 8am and left around 5:30pm which is what they estimated. It was a big, long job and they were there all day but were not an inconvenience to me at all. I could tell they were working non-stop and put a lot of care and thought into the job. I was so impressed! When the job was done they cleaned everything up completely and explained all of the new equipment to me.

AC died in July. Buttons responded quickly for a maintenance call. The owner dropped by to explain why the 20+ year old AC could not be fixed, and outlined multiple options for replacement; including options for rebates. The installers were professional, neat, tidy and friendly. Overall great service. Highly recommended.

Last fall, Jason from Button's told me heat pumps were not suitable for Canada and I should install one of their DAIKIN AC units. We discussed it at length. Now they sell them - hmmm

Great job to restore my air conditioning on the hottest day of the year. The tech was clearly friendly, knowledgeable, and diagnosed my issue very quickly.
Would 100% recommend Buttons if you have a broken air conditioner.

Todd was very detailed in explaining the various options available to us and answered all of our questions clearly. The installation was done by Alan, Phillip and Noah. It was evident that this crew takes pride in what. they do. They were very neat and tidy with all aspects of the installation. A professional job well done - 100% satisfied with Buttons Heating !

My neighbour had Buttons install furnace and A/C a few years ago. She now had a problem. They came out after about 5 days to tell her she needed to clean fins and perhaps a compressor issue. After a few days she called them again; again charged for service call. This technician had no information from previous technician so didn't have the part.
Gave her the guy I use from a different company; he was there a couple of hours, found issue, repaired problem and charged less than Buttons did. He fixed the problem

Buttons is my go-to company for all things related to our furnace, AC and water heater. Their service is excellent, from the friendly and helpful reception when I call them, through guidance on new equipment and installation, and on to their ongoing annual servicing of our systems. Their office staff, management and service technicians are all friendly, helpful and professional and all service calls occur on the date and time scheduled without incident.
