I have been a client of Burhan for many years and I believe this company to be exceptional. The workmanship is always excellent; the workers are unfailingly polite, friendly and accommodating; the customer service is outstanding. These folk are clearly about client satisfaction. Their rates are reasonable and they are completely flexible about the services they provide. I pick the services I want from the packages they offer. They even give advice if I want to try and manage part of the lawn care myself. They NEVER cut our grass when it doesn’t need cutting. They send an email after each visit and sometimes it says that the grass length doesn’t warrant cutting. This year we got a message saying that the back yard shouldn’t be aerated because of its condition, so they refunded that portion of the cost. Frances, who answers the phone and emails, has a positive energy that radiates through the phone. I recommend Burhan to anyone lucky enough to live within their area.
