Great on-site service from Vince and Kyler, very professional and friendly. They helped us learn how to use the system and installed it with a minimum of fuss. Rick's advice on how to tailor our system to our needs and his follow-up call to check if we had any other questions was appreciated.

We called a lot of companies about our alarm system. Some never showed up some wanted crazy setup fees. Burglar stop was the clear choice with there great pricing structure and customer service.

Vince, the tech installer and his apprentice, Tyler arrived late but, they called ahead that they were delayed to pu materials & equipment. They were polite & respectful in providing information about install WL system plan as well as gaining our confirmation before they proceeded. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I am quite pleased with my dealing with Burglar Stop from sales, setting appt and to install. Hopefully, everything will work accordingly as they've said.

I engaged Burglar Stop just a few days before taking possession of a property. Despite the short notice, it was able to install a temporary security system on the day when the property changed hands, before installing a permanent system over the next 4 months. Rick took pride in doing a professional job, and worked with me to identify the needs and propose solutions. One particularly great suggestion was the use of photocell-controlled LED lighting. His team members, John and Nick, were competent, courteous, helpful and patient. John even checked how my system worked at night, which showed his dedication to his work. Where changed were needed, the entire team always listened and made them readily. Burglar Stop has delivered to me everything which had been agreed.

Burglar Stop has been great to work with. The owner Rick handled my call and took great care of me. They assessed my system and added a garage door sensor with key fobs so we can arm and disarm the entire system from the car as we come and go. Very convenient and also ensures we do NOT leave our garage door open at night! This upgrade was $400.00 plus tax and well worth it! They will also begin monitoring my system. The cost is $20-25 per month. It is $25 per month if you want free service calls (no service fee, free parts and labor)...IMO worry free service is worth the extra $5.

Our alarm system was in need to be updated and we were tired of being treated like just a number in the big pool of customers at our previous provider. After being recommended by a friend, we contacted Burglar Stop and Rick came to our house shortly thereafter. It was great to have such a personalized service with so many options to suit our situation, including alarming the garage door, which we were told by other companies, was almost impossible to do due to frequent false alarms. The installation and changes were done very soon after the initial contact with Rick. Vince and Kyler did a great job installing the new components and changing some parts. They also took the time to explain the new system to us. Overall it was a great experience dealing with Rick, Vince and Kyler, very refreshing and much better than what we were used to from our previous provider.

We needed to update our aging audible alarm system to a modern, monitored system, so we called Rick at Burglar Stop and got a very reasonable quote. Vince and Tyler showed up a couple of days later and did a very thorough and professional job of updating our out-of-date PIR motion sensors to glass break detectors where appropriate, and to a new PIR in an area we wanted to make sure our dog could access when the system is armed. All new keypads and a state-of-the-art control box completed the system, followed by a comprehensive tutorial on how to operate the new technology. Everything works as advertised and we are very pleased with the Burglar Stop installation, which we highly recommend.

After researching for a good reliable company which can install home security system, I sent email to Burglarstop on Saturday in the morning requesting them to contact me ASAP as we wanted to install the system before we leave on vacation a week later. Rick called me early afternoon and in spite of weekend, made an arrangement for Bill, one of the representatives to visit my home on the same day. Bill was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was not pushy at all either and we felt very comfortable to sign a contract. Their service man, Nick came to install the system on Thursday. He was a young hard working and courteous.
