Vince, the tech installer and his apprentice, Tyler arrived late but, they called ahead that they were delayed to pu materials & equipment. They were polite & respectful in providing information about install WL system plan as well as gaining our confirmation before they proceeded. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I am quite pleased with my dealing with Burglar Stop from sales, setting appt and to install. Hopefully, everything will work accordingly as they've said.
