We worked with Bravehart for some design advice as well as plans, permits and construction on our basement underpinning and renovation project. The final result is a beautiful new playroom, grandparent's bedroom, bathroom, laundry area and furnace room. The space is clean and open with excellent workmanship, and it meets the needs of our growing family.

It was a pleasure to work with Sean and his family. Although we encountered unforeseen challenges, such as asbestos left behind by previous renovations, we were able to manage time and budget accordingly. The fact that they were open to moving their furnace into an old back 'workroom' meant that the design for the space became more open and inviting.
