We are very disappointed in Bombay's extreme lack of customer service and poor supply chain management. We purchased a wine rack in MAY, was told it would arrive in 8 to 10 weeks, but 2 calls and 2 in person visits later after 10 weeks, it is now NOVEMBER and still no product. Every time the sales say someone will call us when it arrives, but in all this time, we have not received a single call. Very poor customer service, and to this day, there is still no resolution so I have contacted their customer service. Let's hope their headquarters is better than their customer facing associates.
