I use Blue Environmental for roofing jobs - where you are there for a day or 2 max and want the old shingles out of the way quickly. All of their sizes/prices are on web page - no haggling, what you see is what you get. Just call when the bin is full (try to give as much notice as you can, though) and it gets picked up fast. Wayne and his family have been in the business for decades.
