Junk Removal review in
Ordered a bin and received it no problem. Once they have your money they dont pick up the bin becuase they have no need to. They tell you that your bin will be removed when you ask them to but they dont come because I assume they are delivering other bins to customers and taking money from them becuase they already have your money and dont care about removing your bin. The bin remained in front of my house for a week after I called for it to be removed. I called every day 5 times a day to try to have it removed. They also try to upcharge you for extra weight put in the bin. Horible customer service and rude on the phone - I would never ever use this company again and would not reccomend them to anyone.
