New Home Purchase - Milton Phase 2

I baught my house brand new. I must say for the high price you are paying you are really getting shafted. Some of the problems I've encountered are: Light switches 2 feet away from the door, water leak in basement, porch step was off centered, interior doors are off centered to the room, floor vents filled with garbage - Beaverhall does not clean this in new homes, Kitchen cabinets and counter tops are horrible, staircase was not finished properely - sandpaper scratches still visable, and finally the roof has got to be the worst thing out there. My roof is losing shingles because of high winds. My one neighbour has a section of shingles rolled up and it leaked. My other neighbour had a section of his shingles roll up as well. All you could see was the plywood. No tar paper what so ever on the roof. The tar paper was missing at the base of the roof where it's code. How did this pass inspection? I was planning on replacing the roof down the road but those plans changed after I witnessed multiple shingles flapping in the wind and missing off the roof tops around my neighbourhood. I called Sandy to have her replace the missing shingles but she said the warranty on the shingles is 2 years with the builder. A few days later there was a contractor fixing all the damaged homes for Beaverhall. I guess enough people complained and prompted Beaverhall to cover the repair cost for everyone affected. I asked Sandy about the manufacturer and lifespan of the shingles. Sandy said it was a 15 year shingle from IKO. I'll have to double check my contract but I remember a 20 year shingle was in writing. I even research IKO and found there is a class action lawsuit against them for flooding the market with cheap shingles. The link to this is: http://www.classaction.ca/actions/Products-Liability/Current-Actions/IKO-Roofing-Shingles.aspx?caredrected=1
Maybe there should be a class action for Beaverhall Homes just on the roofing issue alone. Anyways, I did end up getting a new roof simply because I predict many more strong wind stoms to come.
