I first came across AtlasCare in the late 70's. We had just bought a new house with a forced air electric furnace. The furnace was taking 2-3 hours to raise the house temp by 3 degrees F. The builder kept insisting that the furnace was working properly. Via the phone book I contacted Atlas. A technician took 5 min. to locate the problem and told me what to tell the builder. Problem solved and "NO CHARGE"!!
When we moved into our present home in1989 Atlas was the only company on my short list .I have never been unhappy with their service and their level of expertise.
Over the 23 years we have had several techs work in our home and all of them have been courteous, thorough and willing to explain what needs to be done. Nobody touches my HVAC except AtlasCare. Eric, The tech who came tonight has been here before and he is welcome any time. He made the adjustment to the air conditioning and everything is working fine.

The total experience with Atlas was excellent, right from the friendly and efficient sales and booking stage. The team that did the cleaning (Ardi and Brad), were on time. efficient and organised and did a wonderful job. They were done in an hour.

We had trouble with the setting on our furnace and air conditioner, the house would not cool down in the extreme heat and the fan did not seem to be running at optimum speed. AtlasCare sent out a technician the same day and he fixed the problem. Not only did Luke identify the issue, he came back a few days later to adjust the settings and then called the following day to make sure everything was working to our satisfaction. Outstanding service, we couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Luke and AtlasCare!

I have used AtlasCare for previous furnace and air conditioner installations and each time they lived up to my expectations. This project was no different. Our air conditioner motor seized on a Friday night during the recent heat wave. By the following Tuesday morning, the AtlasCare team arrived fully prepared. By mid afternoon on the hottest day of the year, we had a new furnace and air conditioner installed and operational. The fact that the inside temperature reached 33 C had no bearing on the work of the AtlasCare team. Eric, Mark, Gary and Andrew are part of the reason why we remain loyal AtlasCare customers.

I recently had my AC serviced and wanted to say that the service I received was outstanding. Randy the service technician who came out was polite, professional and most of knowledgeable in his expertise. He was more than willing to provide my husband and I with information on what he was doing. His service was punctual and completed in a timely manner. Would not hesitate to call again! Thank you!!

Our air conditioner broke in the middle of the heat wave! We had a repair man from atlas (Jaz) in within 2 days to try to fix the problem. A new a/c was recommended, ours was 15 yrs old and breaking down yearly.

We had a new A/C in within 5 days, it works great and we are very happy with Atlas Care.

The new energy efficient a/c included a new thermostat which was installed by Nimo.

I'd recommend this company to any one who needs a new A/C fast.

Our service person, Jaz did a fantastic and thorough job. Not your typical service geared towards trying to generate revenue through needless service. He taught the owner how to prevent issues and what we can do to be self sufficient. Very refreshing.
If Atlascare embodies this type of customer service... then Jaz is well taught or should teaching others. He is a valuable employee.

Excellent response time from their technician, Jaz, who called within 20 minutes of my first call and was at our house one hour after that. Turned out to be a relatively minor problem but he serviced the unit while he was here. Very courteous, friendly. Overall, a great company to deal with!

I have been a long standing customer of Atlas Air( 20 years+-) and needed them urgently this week to help move a gas vent pipe because it would be in the middle of our new deck location and the landscaping team was about to pour concrete. in two days.

Vic arrived the next morning to scope the work and then contacted the office to scheudle Eric to show up the following afternoon to move the pipe.
