Of the contractors I contacted, AtlasCare best understood my situation and attended to what was important to me. My house is unusual in its layout and had never had a unit before, so the installation was far from routine. The crew were pleasant, hard working, and answered my questions clearly. They appeared to enjoy and take pride in their work. They understand what they are doing at a very fundamental level. Only time will tell if the unit they installed will be ideal, but so far, so good!

I live on a dead end laneway which makes duct cleaning difficult given the need to block the lane for a period of time. Knowing the need to be quick and efficient AtlasCare provided tasked two excellent service people to do the job - Shane + Binxam, who were great. They were both very professional, friendly, and got the job done. The house's air feels fresher and cleaner and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone,

AtlasCare completed a ‘full HVAC system duct clean, test, etc’ when we first purchased the house 3 years ago, and we continue to subscribe to AtlasCare's monthly Protection Plan for our old house/new HVAC system. We are quite happy with the level of professionalism of all AtlasCare staff, and the respect shown for our home during regular check-up visits (Chris being the most recent example), and the peace of mind knowing they are there for us should we have any issues with our HVAC system.

AtlasCare was among 4/5 quotes that we had received for a new hot water tank. Simply one of the best companies to deal with from “go”. We are extremely satisfied with the process - from the sales call, the quote process, the timing of the installation, and the installation itself. The installers were friendly, informative & very professional. The reviews you see here on Homestars are very accurate for this company.

AtlasCare has always provided very good service but I have to say that on this particular service visit the technician, Joe, provided excellent service. He noticed a problem right away and took the time to explain the issue and offer tips to keep the system running smoothly. He was extremely knowlegable, helpful and courteous. I have recommended this company to my friends and family.

I purchased home middle of June, after 5 days occupancy the air condition leaked condensation. My friend checked the filter and discovered it was so dirty that ice formed in the duct. After 6 weeks the new filter was dirty again, so I called atlas care. To my astonishment they booked an appointment for the following day and arrived punctual at the confirmed time. Matt R. and Dave were professional, courteous and did a great job. The air condition runs great! I feel I can rely on them and will certainly use them on a regular basis.

We are on their service plan which covers parts and labour. Eric arrived on time, discovered the problem and repaired. He showed me where the problem was and explained fully why we had no air conditioning and how it was repaired. Each time he entered the house he put on his house slippers to ensure no dirt was tracked in from out side.

AtlasCare installed a new top-of-the-line furnace and air conditioner in our house today. We were very satisfied with the whole process, from the sales call, the quote, the timing of the installation, and the work itself. The installers were friendly, informative and very professional. We would definitely recommend this company.

During maintenance, it was found that AC freon was leaking. Still under warranty, Eric came with the part required and fixed the AC. He was punctual and told me how long it would take. He also cleaned up and it looked like he was never here, except that the AC was working again. Thanks!

Issues with Hot Water Tank, Sammy diagnosed issue! Changed parts under warranty and found we had problem with heat exchanger also. That day the part was ordered and within two days an appointment was set to come in and fix the problem. Sammy came back when he said he would, on time, fixed all the issues & cleaned up after. He also explained the system and how it works and how to get maximum energy efficiency. Would recommend this company with the work done, the efficiency of their customer support and the fantastic service, knowledge and skill from Sammy was very impressive. It did cost me to replace the circuit board on the Heat Exchanger but I did receive a 10% discount on the parts based on the Essential Plan that I have which also includes a free fall tune-up!
