Moving & Storage review in

I had people come to apt. to pick up my goods on June 21 with a promised delivery date to Europe third week of Aug. but regrettably to date, no shipment has been received; the two men that came to pick up my goods were very efficient and friendly. I have had virtually no contact from this co.other than my few inquiries. They have never initiated any follow-up of info. I truly am hugely disappointed in their extremely poor customer service and their incompetency.
