I spoke to Luc at Aquaseal. He seemed very knowledgeable and his estimate for what seemed to be a leaky tie rod hole was very reasonable. He agreed to come to my home Thursday morning. He was unable to show up as he is very busy, but he called in advance to reschedule to Thursday evening. I appreciate this as opposed to some others who simply might not call and not show up either. He looked at the tie rod hole in the evening and said "nope, it's not the tie rod hole." He then had a look in back of the house and said all I needed was a caulking job around my patio door frame. It cost me nothing. He shook my hand and was on his way! What an honest guy! Thank you, Luc!
