Applewood Acres Gardening & Landscaping came in with the second lowest bid on a tough oak tree removal. We did not go with them because of the price, but because they were professional, easy to talk to, came back twice to reassess when my wife and I had more questions..These guys gave us options and made suggestions NO ONE ELSE DID..they belong to the Organic Landscape Alliance and come very highly recommended. We learned of them from some nighbours who used them last summer on a landscaping project..Rick the owner is great to deal with..he listens and understands to what the client is asking for..Once the tree was cut, they even came back and chopped up the wood for a small add charge and quartered the pieces,stacked them and left us a nice tidy some of firewood for burning next winter.
