Incompetency at best. So I got pre inspection done. The guy was like hey 2-3 weeks at best. That was mid August. Well now it is October and the report is la la la land I guess. I have been sending them email for the last 3 weeks inquiring about my report. they are like we are contacting the people. After 3 weeks, they are like it is in modeling, but unsure of when I will recieve the report. Don't go with them. After nearly a month of asking them where my report is they said it will be done by end of this weekend. Fingers crossed.
