I have been called/emailed many times and tried to reach their service team even their service manager because repairing of our central air conditioning system cost too much, Labour charge is especially unacceptable, however, there was no one response to my message in last one year!!! I don't recommended that you choose them to complete any complex projects because they are not professional at all. It's even hard to find a live person if there are any issues!

Twice I called to Ambient to fix our condo HVAC unit -- once in January for heating and once in June for cooling. Each time they left the unit In worse condition than it was and I needed to request a followup appointment for something else days later. Worse, the company charged for the followup visits (at $98 an hour) and a $60 "vehicle charge." I do not know if their failure to correctly make repairs in one visit is a deliberate attempt to accumulate billable hours. I have attempted to receive an explanation from the service manager in regards to the latest issue however he has not responded to three different emails spread over the past month.
