Twice I called to Ambient to fix our condo HVAC unit -- once in January for heating and once in June for cooling. Each time they left the unit In worse condition than it was and I needed to request a followup appointment for something else days later. Worse, the company charged for the followup visits (at $98 an hour) and a $60 "vehicle charge." I do not know if their failure to correctly make repairs in one visit is a deliberate attempt to accumulate billable hours. I have attempted to receive an explanation from the service manager in regards to the latest issue however he has not responded to three different emails spread over the past month.
