Aire One Heating & Cooling Kw

I have A/C and Furnace from Aire One. The furnace was trouble at first and multiple visits to correct the problem. When Willis came . He fixed the problem and I requested him for today's tune up and everything is fine. I like his work ethic and demeanor. I would prefer the comp tune up for next year. Also you might want to give a break to seniors on fixed income for both ac and furnace from your company. $250.00 is a chunk of change and should be in the 175.00 + taxes...just saying.

Firstly, our sales consultant Colin was amazing. Consultation on Wednesday and installed Thursday, I couldn't ask for more. His explanation and understanding of his customer was beyond my expectations. The installers also were at this standing, it was all done and clean as I returned home from work. Aire One understand what is needed from a busy family and helped our home provide that for us. Great service and great people to work with, who do all the organization for......thank you!

I heard a beeping from my carbon dioxide detector and it reminded me to have maintenance done on the furnace. The thing worked even with 2 batteries instead of its usual 3 and so I thought the noise was coming from the furnace, indicating difficulties.
The service representative was on time, courteous and answered all my questions. I would rate his work a 10.

Able to install on short notice and quickly (in both cases, my AC and Furnace broke in the hottest and coldest time of the year so I needed help fast). I had a great experience with my AC so there was no doubt in calling 8 months later for my furnace. Friendly sales and very knowledgeable.

Colin came out and did an evaluation at our home for a new gas water heater. He was very professional and knew exactly what needed to be done for proper venting etc.... We were happy with the price and set up an apt for install. The installation guys were good. They talked with my wife and explained everything they were going to do BEFORE they began. They installed the equipment and cleaned up the mess before they left. Safety regulation compliance is my trade. I could tell everything was done properly and was very pleased. I have recently recommended Colin & Aire One to my in-laws who are looking for a new furnace. I have no doubt they will be as satisfied with everything as I was.

i was with reliance and it took me 1 year to get rid of them nothing was installed properly,the furnace was hooked up backwards the unit was to small to start out with.Reliance called the husband and me crazy it took the lawyer at least 15 phone calls before he got any answers. Then we had to get a heat lose inspector at my cost the inspector said we were loosing 57,983 btu/h and reliance said a 40,000 btu/h was good enough .when we finally got rid of them we contacted Aire ONE they were very efficant with install and we got a 80,000btu/h and no problems .We can't thank Aire One enough

The repair man was friendly and courteous. Showed up within the scheduled time slot. Explained what the problem was. When finished he waited to make sure the furnace turned back on.

The install guys were very friendly, explained what they were doing, put sheets down on the stairs. They were very quick and cleaned everything up before they left. Explained things and also said if any problems or questions, don't hesitate to call.

last November 2013.,my furnace went on the blink.I had several quotes for a new furnace. after researching the consumer report on several brands, I decided to go with Air One.
I had a great efficient service installation of my New Furnace. The time frame for installation saw right on, the service was excellent. I am enjoying my new furnace and would recommend their service.
