Advanced Plumbing

During the long process of a whole home renovation, it was time to do the kitchen and replace the entire drain stack. Throughout the entire reno process we've had many different contractors working here and Advanced Plumbing was absolutely one of the very best! Their price was very reasonable, they were on time and took great care to do a very professional top rate job! i know enough about plumbing to tell when someone wants to use a shortcut and when they want to do a first rate job and AP only does first rate jobs! Our kitchen island sink drains faster than any other sink I've ever had! They are one of those great contractors who almost disappear in the background and properly solve any issues while other contractors spend their time telling you how hard their job is.
They are not only my go to plumbers, my general contractor is also calling Advanced now instead of the one they used to use!

I hired Advanced Plumbing half-way through our 2-floor renovation, and my only regret is not hiring them from the start! It is so refreshing to find a company like this. These guys are knowledgeable, professional, efficient, courteous, and friendly. They showed up on time and followed up by phone and email up when necessary (unheard of in Toronto!) Never did I feel like I was left hanging. Right from the first meeting with Owner Greg, it was a pleasure to work with this team. When George and Tenzin showed up to do the work, they took the time to review the project with me and to flag any problem areas. They discovered some rather unfortunate issues with the rough-in done by a previous plumber, and patiently and thoroughly explained my options to me. We sorted it out and now we have two beautifully functioning bathrooms. I have nothing but great things to say. 5 stars all they way - rock stars!

The taps were installed very quickly and efficiently. George worked very carefully, making sure there was no water or mess left behind. He then checked the taps for leaks, there were none as he did a very professional job.

Water in my kitchen sink had been draining slowly, then the drain became completely clogged. I called Advanced Plumbing and spoke to George. Despite it being late in the day, he was able to arrive within an hour of my call. He was polite and professional, and accommodating of my very nosey dog! He brought his own mats and towels to ensure no mess was left in my house due to his work. He both diagnosed and fixed the problem within half an hour. Considering the last minute request, I was very happy with the price.

I will be very happy to call Advanced Plumbing again for my own house, and will enthusiastically recommend them to neighbours, friends and family. Thanks George!

My husband and I have used the services of Advanced Plumbing three times for various plumbing issues in our kitchen and bathroom. On each occasion, the work was completed in a very prompt, courteous and competent manner. We highly recommend the company.

TL:DR version: These guys saved me $4000 that another crooked company tried to charge me.

I Had a sewage backup in my basement I was desperate to fix. The city said I needed a plumber to see if it's on my side. I called the nearest plumber, and he found the problem to be on the city side he said I needed to dig into the ground to install a cleanout for the city to be able to fix it, and quoted $4000 for the job. I called for a second opinion from advanced plumbing these two gentlemen showed up and took a look. They explained to me that I already have a cleanout, there's no need to install a second one and that I could proceed to call the city to fix the problem on their side. These guys literally saved me from getting screwed out of $4000 from a crooked plumber!

George had to figure out why kitchen sewage was coming up in laundry room tubs located right below, he also reconfigured all laundry room pipes to code and resolved a leakage in one of the vent pipes.

So prompt- came next day for an estimate and scheduled the work to be completed in a timely fashion! Indoor and outdoor work- great, friendly and professional

Great service! The shower was not turning off as well as dripping I called Greg and he set an appointment to which they were on time for. Greg notified me 15 minutes before appointment that George would be arriving shortly. He was polite and courteous upon arrival he took of his shoes and brought in a mat to keep the working area clean. He was able to fix the shower head and double checked his work. The service was prompt and conducted in a very professional manner. I would recommend Advance Plumbing to family and friends.
