I had called a previous plumber who snaked the drain but didn't solve the problem. After charging me$350, that plumber then gave me a further estimate for about $7000 which involved breakage of my wall and excavation of my basement floor. So I did my research on Google and realized what I needed was hydro jetting of the drain. In the process of calling around, I found Advanced Plumbing and spoke with Greg. They were the only company that gave me an estimate over the phone. They came within the time frame given, were very professional throughout and cleaned up after themselves.
They created a new clean-out opening so that they could snake the drain completely and fixed the broken pipe that the previous plumber damaged. By the time they were done, I ended up paying $1017 including taxes.
My drain is working very well. I am very satisfied with their work. And I highly recommend them.

Replacing the last of the 1950's faucet's in a 100 year old house. Took a couple of tries with a very finicky faucet connection that didn't want to seal and a nut the cracked after they left. Glad Greg recommended installing 2 shut off valves for the supply to the tub. Great idea in any old home.

I've used Advanced Plumbing from the very beginning of the company. I don't even ask for a quote as I know the pricing will be fair. That is the level of trust. This was the first job they had to come back to for me in over 10 years but that service and pride of workmanship (George) is what you expect in a reputable company that respects that you have to take time off work to get a job done. I needed to connect my washing machine to the main plumbing line. After working on it, Advanced Plumbing realized Some of the work that was quoted was not necessary after all. The workplace was left very clean, they were on time and under budget! What else can you ask for?

There was a leak in the ceiling of our living room and it's coming from the washroom upstairs. When George and his assistant Tenzin came to our place, they confirmed the problem and immediately discussed the procedure how to resolve this. After two days, we are problem-free. They did a great job. We were impressed by their professionalism. They are very polite and highy recommendable.

Our home is flanked by 2 huge Maple trees. Having lived here for 20+ years, we have had our problems with tree roots. I called Advanced Plumbing, based on their Homestars reviews and was not disappointed. The guys came with the monitor and camera. They were prompt and efficient. No problems were found. If and when we have any problem, we will call Advanced Plumbing. So satisfied with these guys.

The price was very reasonable and he was able to do the work within my required timeline. The work was completed in an efficient manner and the job was clean upon completion. They arrived exactly when they said they would. They were quick to deal with the emergency - a shower tap that wouldn't turn off - and then were helped us with 4 other water pipe tiny drip issues.

George and Tenzin arrived on time and quickly disconnected my old dishwasher before installing the new faucet and bathroom shower head I bought. Sadly, the new dishwasher hadn't arrived by the time they were done their other two tasks (they were just *that efficient*), but they were able to step away to another job. The dishwasher was delivered in their absence, and they returned within two hours to finish install it. They we're courteous, polite and adept. They were neat and tidy, and left my condo kitchen spotless. They were a pleasure to work with, and I cannot recommend George, Tenzin and Advanced Plumbing highly enough. While their services did not come cheaply, I for one am very happy with the price I paid for their excellent service.
