I spoke with Greg and explained my issues and he was very nice, polite and professional. One of his team members,(George), came the next day and assessed the issue, fixed the problem and gave recommendations for future work, which was greatly appreciated!!
Good pricing! George explained everything and never pressured me into doing more than I wanted.

Advanced Plumbing is the best I have dealt with. The owner (Greg) is honest, helpful, reasonable and follows through on commitments. The organized approach (ie text messages saying they are coming, showing up on time) means a lot. And plumber (Andrei) was excellent - high quality work, fixed the problem, answered my questions, tried to go above and beyond where unexpected things came up, clean and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Out of 4 companies that came to estimate - Advanced was the only one to provide thoughful feedback on everything I can do to check and possible root causes before jumping to solutions and costs. After my own investigation on our flooding problems, they came back, found the cause (after I opened up floors and walls) - and fixed it. The best thing is there there was no pressure from the moment the arrived to spend money - they provided patience, solutions and options and even guidance on what we should and shouldn't spend money on - this was a great cusotmer experience. I called Advanced Plumbing to diagnose some pipe noises I was having, as I was very satisfied with some previous work they did for me.

George arrived on time and was wearing a mask.

He did a thorough inspection and diagnosed the issue.

Amazingly, even though it was a 30 min visit, he did not charge me anything for the work.

I had a great experience with Advanced Plumbing. There was a bad sewer smell coming from our bathroom and I wanted someone to look at it right away. I spoke with Greg on the phone and he was very polite and accommodating. Within a couple of hours, George arrived at our house. He was polite and professional. He wore a mask, gloves and shoe covers. He worked quickly to identify and resolve the issue, and he answered all of my questions. I would definitely use Advanced Plumbing again in the future.

Of course my drain backs up in the middle of a pandemic! Advanced Plumbing were able to arrange an appointment for me very quickly. I was truly grateful that George was so respectful of social distancing measures. We both wore masks, he wore gloves and always kept a safe distance. It made us feel very safe as we have a toddler and haven’t had any visitors in the house in months.
He was able to get us up and running again and provided a quote the next day to fix the line permanently. I will write another review when the bigger job is complete. These guys are the best!

After having various contractors try to fix both my kitchen and laundry room sinks, I finally called Advance Plumbing. George came out to assess the next day and three days later came back and fixed both (and brought a 2nd plumber with him to expedite the repairs quickly!). Both men were friendly, engaging and wore masks during the entire process.

Called Advanced Plumbing to fix a flooded basement last August and was very satisfied with their fast and pleasant customer service from start to finish.

This time around we did not hesitate to call them and once again, their customer service was flawless.
They were quick to respond to the emergency, patient in explaining the issue, and were consistently pleasant to deal with in an otherwise stressful time.

Our experience with Advanced Plumbing as been great! I've had their team out several times to fix various issues, and they have always provided excellent service, responding quickly and efficiently to requests. They are reasonably priced. Most of my interactions have been with George who has always fixed the problem quickly and easily, and is also just a really nice guy. Overall I would definitely recommend George and the Advanced Plumbing team!
