The installation in April was completed efficiently- Gary the lead foreman and all staff were polite and punctual. Our property looked untouched virtually on completion.
Joanne is most efficient and kept us informed totally.

The Installation was a complex system due to the arrangement of the property. From the initial review, the preparation of the quotation, the scheduling, the installation, inspection and certifying the quality, this project was the most professional execution of any major property and home installation that we have ever experienced and this is our 16th home. The quality of workmanship and the productivity of the experienced employees was outstanding!

Alan Waters came to our home, and thoroughly explained his plans to install the system. He was very well prepared for his presentation.
The work was done on time, exactly as promised.
Slight glitch, that our phone line got cut. The only reason I mention this, is because they took ownership of the problem (no excuses), and worked with Bell to resolve it.
When Alan was at our home, he stressed that whenever we would call, we would speak to a "live person", and not voice mail.
True enough, each time we called, we always had someone pick up: no exceptions.
Alan is very proud of his reputation. I had a chance to talk with his install crew, and unlike a lot of employees, his guys always spoke in the best complementary terms of "the boss"
I have no idea if other firms charge more or less. What was important to me was having a knowledgable contractor install and maintain our sprinkler system. Too many fly by night guys in the home Reno business, and I've been stung too many times.
So, when a guy shows up who clearly knows his business, that is worth more to me than trying to save a few bucks by getting a bunch of quotes, and bottom fishing.
I wish everyone I have dealt with had as much pride in their reputation as Alan.
Now, I haven't had a chance to fully test the system, as it was just installed late fall.
But, I am 100% confident that if I have any issues that Alan will make it right.

The first visit we had from AA Waters and Brookes was from a knowledgeable engineer, he seemed great. We decided what we wanted and authorized them to proceed. After that we never heard from him again, install was done by a completely separate group, and not as agreed. Several frustrating calls to office and miscommunications later it was complete, but since then poor customer service with our winterization visits have made us decide to stop working with them. Too many frustrating experiences, and feeling like they just don't listen to what the client wants.

I have used AA Waters for the past few years to maintain my sprinkler system. I am always happy with the quality of service, Joanne is responsive to all our requests and most recently handled a unique need promptly and professionally. I highly recommend their services.

Our home in Markham, Ontario has a 60' x 130' lot. After much research and consultation with six different companies, we decided to place our trust in Allan Brookes and his company, AA Waters and Brookes.

They were the most professional of all irrigation contractors we met with. Our Rainbird and Hunter System was designed by a Professional Engineer who is a Certified Irrigation Contractor and Certified Irrigate Designer.

AA Waters and Brookes is a full service company who took responsibility from start to finish. It began with the company making all necessary arrangements to perform locates with the City of Markham and various Utilities to avoid digging in the wrong areas. We did not have to do so ourselves.

All components and workmanship were of top quality. Five professionals comprised of Certified Irrigation Contractor, Certified Irrigation Designer, Certified Irrigation Technician, Certified Landscape Technician, and Certified Backflow Tester completed our installation in one day with no interruptions nor compliants from my neighbours. They even sprinkled grass seeds in bare areas before they left. An unadvertised service and nice gesture.

We selected the upgraded Rainbird Model ESP-SMTe with weather-based control for WaterSense compliance and water savings of 30-70% depending upon the month. Avoid over watering your lawn in the spring and fall while saving money on watering costs. This weather-based computer performs all adjustments automatically!

ESP-SMTe integrates technology used by top golf courses for decades and puts it into a user friendly controller. If it's good enough for golf course, it's good enough for me.

The city had to dig up our sewer line this morning and managed to sever one area of our irregation system, and crush another...
I called AA Waters and Brookes immediately and they managed to free up David to come literally 2 hours later.

David got the work done quickly and professionally. No problems.

I would recommend these folks to family and friends. Anne at their head office is a pleasure to deal with.

We are very happy with the quality of product and service from AA Waters. We had used them in our previous house about 9 years ago and when we moved to our new home recently we called them again to install sprinkler system. Everything was well explained and before leaving he showed us all the sprinkler heads and zones working properly. I also really appreciate the quality check follow visit up by manager after the installation as one of our other contractor had shut off the water valve and the manager detected it during his quality check. I would definitely recommend AA Waters for sprinkler system.

They were so pleasant to deal that I called them again to fix a family member's system. Again fantastic service. The technition was pleasant, knowledgable and fixed the problem quickly.
