DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We had a service call that we waited three weeks for and when the technician arrived he was unprepared and incompetent. He came without the appropriate tools to service the job and I had to guide him in how find the sprinkler box (simply follow the wires!!!) even though theyve been servicing our sprinkler system for years. When I called again to ask when they were coming to finish the job they told me the next appointment was in 6-7 weeks!!! Awful service! I had to call several times to get a response and they offer no solution or concern. We WILL NOT be using them again and will be finding a new company that can provide some basic level of customer service.
