Absolutely thrilled with the irrigation system we got installed! A.A. Waters & Brookes is a fantastic company to work with. The initial meeting was very thorough with Allan doing a detailed review of what we envisioned our landscaping to be so he could set a plan accordingly. They provided a good tutorial for how to work the system and how to override the settings so that the kids can run through the sprinklers! The system has a lot of intuitive settings to sense rain and to auto adjust for various weather conditions and you can get an app as well to be easily able to control it by your phone. You can also set special schedules for when you overseed in the fall etc. They are incredibly responsive to communication when reaching out to get the system closed/opened for the season. Overall, a super positive experience working with this company.

If you want it done right the first time contact A.A. Waters and Brookes. Unfortunately I learned this the hard and costly way. After calling the first company with nothing achieved but an invoice that failed to describe work done, a friend recommended A.A. Waters and Brookes. My friend became a best friend for A Waters and Brooks, unlike the first company, came out and quickly fixed the problem. Jeff the technician was unbelievably great! He was not only knowledgeable but took the time to explain the steps he was taking to problem solve the mystery of why the sprinkler system would suddenly not turn on. Where the first company said that it was an electrical issue and left, Jeff checked the connectivity of each zone wire and traced the problem to a cut rain sensor wire. He then proceeded to resolve the problem and test each zone to make sure that system was working properly. He did this a couple of times to ensure that the problem was resolved and even took time to adjust the rotation of some sprinkler heads. But what I also appreciated about A Waters and Brooks was their team approach. The receptionist Anne did her best to quickly schedule an appointment and took the time to clearly explain the companys fee structure. In short it was a very happy ending to a stressful situation, thanks to A Waters and Brooks.

I was not happy with the service received by another company and decided to reach out to get a second opinion.

My father in law contacted this company and they were able to send a technician the same day to assess the issue.

Within an hour, the technician had identified the issue and rectified it.
He was diligent and thorough.

When I first submitted this request via HomeStars, this was the first company that reached out and I balked at hiring them and went with a larger company that had a slightly higher rating on homestars. I was wrong on this one.

The team was fantastic, they were very friendly and helpful. They worked exceptionally hard, stopped a bit for the rain but got right back at it. They really took a lot of pride in their work and tried to hide the system as much as they could by tucking it under our deck. They took their time explaining the features that we had and even how we could improve the system in the future if we wanted.

Had my sprinkler system installed in two stages.
The staff were professional, courteous and punctual.
The seasonal turn off/opening are easily managed by the company.
It is lovely to have green grass worry free!

I can't even begin to describe my disappointment with this company. I had seen a few of their trucks around when I was considering putting in an irrigation system, and read some reviews and figured they should be good. I compared their quote to others, and although they were significantly pricier than every other quote I recieved, I leaned toward this company simply because of how long they had been in business. I figured that must be a good sign, and boy was I wrong. I won't get into every single little thing that they did wrong and unprofessionally. But I will say that I've never been so turned off of a company in my entire life. I couldn't even get them to finish the work that I had paid them for. Calls and emails were not returned. I switched to a new company to finish the job and take care of my irrigation system, and it's been the best decision. I am utterly a amazed that Alan and his company are still able to stay in business. Horribly unprofessional, tried multiple times to charge for their own mistakes, incredibly hard to get a hold of, and no idea how to speak to clients. The only reason I am giving them two stars is because of their service guys who do the actual work. The different guys I had come out were friendly and understanding. All of them even seem to understand my frustrations with Alan, as if they have seen these issues before. If you value your lawn, time, and money, I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

We had a back yard sprinkler system put in 2 years ago (Oct 2020), it has been great for both lawn and flower beds.
We are in Toronto, Davisville area where our yards are long and narrow.
This Spring, 2022, I needed some adjustments to the head directions due to changes I'd made to the garden.
Joe came out for the appointment I booked to reset the heads. He went over the areas thoroughly testing the sprinkler direction with me until all was good.

After my old sprinkler company decided not to service their Toronto customers I contacted A.A. Waters & Brookes on June 17/21. I told them my requirements and they emailed me and said they would "follow up shortly". They contacted me and set up a appt. for July 26/21 in the morning. On July 23 they called and said the person who was going to do the job couldn't make it could they reschedule the appt. to the 26th in the afternoon. I agreed. On the 26th I received a call from Eva saying the person who was schedules ahs a family emergency and could they reschedule to Aug. 6th? I called them back and said maybe if I would have wanted a new sprinkler system installed for a few thousand dollars they would have not be postponing my appts., Eva did not disagree. Because of my job I was able to refer many people to Envy and would have done the same for A.A. but I hate "poor service". thanks

A A Waters and Brookes installed my sprinkler system about 15+ years ago and has been servicing the system annually since then. I am very happy with their services.
They have a knowledgeable team of technicians who take the time to explain and answer my questions. As I update my garden, they worked with me to modify the system to adapt to the changes. Overall, they are a team of professionals who know about sprinkler systems and also about plants.
