From the start to the finish I could not have been more pleased. The initial phone contact and estimate were professional and accurate. We had three movers for our job, they were clean and professional in appearance and mannerisms and they took the time to describe how the move would proceed. We had a lot of glass sheleves and tabletops and and glass doored pieces and the movers carefully wrapped everything with moving blankets and stretch wrap so nothing was broken.We have an enormous house with a lot of stuff. The only damage from the entire move was a small ding in a closet door near the end of the 13 hour day. The only thing I would have changed is Ishould have taken the advice of the lady on the phone and had one more mover so the job would have been done sooner. I hope we don't move again for a long time, but if we do it's a safe bet I'll call Express Movers again.
