Replaced sliding door and all windows. after 7 years the sliding door window was stained. I misunderstood the original warranty. Brock was understanding and replaced the door at cost with no charge for labor.

Replaced sliding door and all windows. I was provided a certificate of lifetime warranty. Called in May 2011 to complain about staining in 1 of the sliding doors only to find out that I was sold a non lifetime warranty product for the door but all windows were lifetime warranty. The salesperson misrepresented what he was selling to get the price down and complete the sale. BEWARE!
