We had 7 windows replaced (brick to brick) including a large picture window, vertical siding under 3 windows and over the garage, and capping of the garage door frame.
Our sales rep, Bruce, was friendly and helpful with none of the sales pressure you hear so much about. Installers John and Beata skillfully had all the windows and inside trim done in one day, with the siding, capping and caulking done the day following. We were very impressed with their workmanship and everything was cleaned up inside and out.
We are more than happy with the appearance and high quality of our North Star windows, and couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. If you are looking to replace your windows we heartily recommend Brock.
