Initially I was pleased to work with Brock - the sales rep Phil seemed very knowledgeable and understood the technical challenges involved in my window replacement. Also the product seemed good. The person doing the measurements came a couple weeks later, and after that it went downhill. When the installers came 6-8wks later, almost all the windows were the wrong size. They assured me they could get replacement windows in 3 weeks, and after several weeks of waiting/asking, I received a $500 credit. However, it took 6 weeks, and at that point all communication with "customer service" was lost. There was an issue with my financing, and it took me several hours of my time over several weeks working directly with their accounting person to sort it out. I couldn't even get a response from their customer service team.

In fairness, I think the initial assessment and install was eventually done well, but unfortunately almost the exact story played out with a friend of mine (his case is worse because he's at risk now of losing the government grant), and so I highly recommend avoiding this company until they can sort out their issues.
