Brock Doors & Windows Ltd.

I had 5 windows installed by Brock Doors and Windows in June 2018. The process was straightforward from start to finish. Before selecting a window company, I researched the companies and types of windows products on the market. I obtained quotes from 3 companies and Brock’s quote was in the middle.

I liked Brock because they offer a wood frame (which I prefer to vinyl) and a Canadian made product. They were able to answer my questions about the window options and installation process. In addition, I appreciate that they are an established company with an interest in upholding their reputation by providing a satisfactory customer experience. The window installation took about 6 hours for 5 windows. I did have to ask the installer to show me how to operate the windows and remove the windows for cleaning. I also liked that the company was in constant contact by informing me about the pre-installation process, the install date, follow-up calls/email, along with information for my government rebate (no longer available).

Since the installation, I have received compliments from friends and neighbours about my windows. I’m glad that I decided to get them done. Now I can open all the windows upstairs and experience airflow in each room. Based upon my experience, I would recommend Brock Window to my family and friends.
