We have used Brock for 3 other projects (3 ground floor windows, front door, 2 patio sliding doors) over the past 8 years, so our first (and only) call was naturally to them when it came time to replacing a small basement window.
Brian was as usual prompt and knowledgeable, and installation by Colin was timely and professional.
I hate to admit it, but we don't even get competitive quotes anymore, given the comfort level we have built up dealing with Brock, no amount savings could be worth it!
