After checking out a few door and window companies, we placed the order with Brock Doors and Windows. They have a nice showroom in Scarborough. Our sales rep Mike Jr. explained the product options in great detail and was very professional.
Our project coordinator Bride sent us a letter detailing what to expect before, during and after the installation, which was quite helpful.
Our installer Eugene did a good job. Everything went well except there was a small problem with reinstalling the door alarm switch.
