My Brock Windows experience was fantastic. Mike who was responsible for giving me a quote was very professional, came to my home three times because we had a lot of questions and he was always willing to assist us.
We ordered 10 windows and 2 doors, and it took about 8 weeks because my wife insisted on a custom garden door.
Stefan and his crew showed up to installed the windows and doors, and this is where the “magic” happened. Stefan and his crews were very professional and courteous; I watched them remove all 10 windows in about an hour and had them installed shortly there after. They started working at 9:00 am and didn’t finish until 6:30. As they were cleaning up I realized they didn’t even stop for lunch, they just kept on going. My neighbors all commented on great the windows and doors looked and I gave them rave reviews of the company and especially Stefan and his team. I wish all the people that come to do work in our home were as great as Stefan.
